The Cloud allows you to send notifications to the phones of all the users of your App. This is a very simple but powerful feature.
In order to do this, just access the Cloud and click on the App that you want to work with and then "Notifications": 
Once inside the notification section, you can create a new notification and send it or view the history of former sent notifications:
If you click on "History," all the sent notifications will be visualized and ordered by date of emission. Each former notification shows the message sent with the date of emission above. If you place the mouse over the date, the number of devices that received the notification will be shown:
In order to send a new notification just click on the "+" icon which says "New notification", type in the text you want to send and click on "send":
