Publishing Error. App will not load the agreement page, then crashes.

I have published more than 60 apps to google play. So I have plenty of pubishing experience with Mobincube. I have a publishing error on established apps that prevents me from updating the apps on Google Play as the error is not mine. The error which is returned has been identified by me and I have put through a support email 8 days ago with no response.

I originally thought it was an isolated incident, but now I have 3 apps with the same error, all were republished within a few days of each other and I cannot undo this until Mobincube support resolve the issue.

Is anyone else having this issue?????
