XXL ACCOUNT APP STUCK In Publishing queue. No Support for Months
HI,
I have written several Mails to support@mobincube.com because of our Company's APP, Coupons that didnt work and more but I havent got any replies. In order to get the App out, ready for black friday and XMAS I already have programmed the same app a second time on a different account, because thats faster than the actual "support team". Now its stuck again in the publishing queue and as it is already released on Google Play and cannot be exchanged bymyself because of its key. Now the app is stuck there on Mobincube and our customers are waiting for an update. It doesnt matter if it happens if the apk generator is resetting, this is the premium service of mobincube and the app cannot be updated, published or anything. There is no support number and noone reacts to the urgent mails. So what shall we do. Thanks in advance
