Database is in a loop on Google Play when publishing Android Version 12 and 13

Has anyone else having trouble publishing since the 15th September 2022 with existing apps and finding crash errors. I have 4 apps now that are looping on the database "List" and "Detail" Views

1) java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: 

2) java.lang.StackOverflowError: stack size 1035KB
