iOS icon is wrong

Please could somebody help me? I changed the icon on the mobincube info page but when I publish the app for appstore, for some reason it keeps giving an icon which was an old version. Now I uploaded a totally different looking icon - colours and shapes are different, but the .ipa file keeps giving me the wrong, old icon. I tried over 20 times now but still same result

Is there a bug with mobincube? Please help and allow the icon to be the correct one, I have had so much trouble with mobincube for months and I just want to finally get this app on appstore. For android the icon is working fine.

Just to add, I am actually wanting to update the app but when I upload the .ipa to transporter with the new icon, it is still showing the old one and also the old one appears on App Store Connect.

You have to write to support for this

I could not tell you because I have not needed to change icon and upgrade
