Can't download or scroll

Help please.  Demo works on ipad but I cannot scroll or zoom on the demo (and not all the words are showing).  So I published.  Gives me a link and a QR code.  But when I go to the link it's just a website with the QR code and an image of the app.  Nothing happens.  When I scan the QR code it simply opens that webpage, again, nothing happens.
