iphone issues

hello.

its been over 5 months since i first had an issue and so far mobincube have refused to get back to me!

i have spent £100 pounds on an account to publish apple apps and so far its been a complete waste of money thanks to you.

the issue i face is as follows.

since IOS 13 was released my app loads up fine however scrolling left or right is impossable and doesnt work. the app use to work fine before IOS 13 was released.

i contacted apple and they have asked for binary files which you guys have refused to release to me so that apple can look into it and find the fix...

been in emails backwards and forwards with you and 5 months on im still no closer to getting my app up and working.

can you supply an update? i refuse to pay for my account with you until this is fixed as its costing my company dearly.
