Hello!

OK, This is an update that Google did, but you don't have to worry, you can continue to publish your app, this is only to optimize the size of the apps, but since part of our code is the same for all apps (for ads, push notifications, etc) we can't change this, not at this time, we will see if it is possible in the future.

All you need to do is Skip this "warning" and continue to publish your app.
