Screen flow App-Screen HTML-Login-Screen to different App-Screen

How I can control the screen flow from outside of a HTML page?

In the App start screen a person can see only a menu for information, new member application and login.

In the App active screen a person see after external html-login a different screen with an other menu just only for members.

How to do this?
