Survey monkey url problem

I created a survey on survey monkey. It's link is https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FHYBQYJ. I created a survey monkey page on mobincube and its asked the url. But the default url in mobinube starts in http://surveymonkey.com/s/YOUR REFERENCE. But my url contains "r" instead of "s". Please give me an answer.
