Need of paid help
When one is creating his first app, he badly needs help at every step. And I found it hard way when I dropped a few mails to support, they got irritated at some 5th mail of mine.
And frankly, it is not possible to keep asking community in the beginning itself. Community is there when one is at advance stages when the user's project is already going on, he just needs some advance help.

We haven't denied you the help but we just informed you about the policy of the support platform and I asked to write all your 7 questions in the community to reply you as soon as possible and also to give the chance to other users to share the answer.
As I told you, we give the priority to the technical incidents but we try to reply to all our users, as you can see in the community section.
So if you want to share your doubts here you are very welcome.

You have replied me and I can see the answer. I don't know at which button are you referring to...
Anyway, as I told you many times... we give the priority to the incidents or to the questions which doesn't have a tutorial in our web. We ask you the favour to search with accourancy in our support page because we have thousand of users and it is impossible to reply to each general question for each user.
Unfortunately we are not the Google platform with thousand of workers.

OK. I got it.
But still, I would like it to state that the users like me who are ready and eager to create their first app and are equally ready to become a paid user, sometimes are struck on some questions which you think have been answered somewhere in your literature, but the users are unable to find those answers.
Anyway. Thanks for giving this wonderful opportunity to us people.
