CSV file import errors.

When I import a CSV file (having some 90 rows of records in 8 columns), I'm having below given problems. (App name: Bathinda Helper, Database Name: Db1).

1. Some rows are repeated without reason.

2. Some numbers have .0 (dot plus zero) in their end for no apparent reason. E.g. 90212 is shown as 90212.0 and 2 is shown as 2.0 in the final simulation.

3. This database isn't shown in the Screen Properties> Database Manager (where we can delete any database which we no longer need). Sshot attached.
