    Consider that you you are working in a local environment when working with the offline local web. So that script is looking for the php file in someplace like zip:/saldo_m.php 

    You will need to use an absolute route like http://myserver.com/saldo_m.php to be able to reach the server script.

    Had previously tested your suggestion, retracing including new tests however without success ...

    Even if it is not carried out a query to the database (cnxao.php), just reading a .php file, the error remains.
