error .js/.php/mysql Web Screen localweb field

Olá a todos da comunidade Mobin ... Eu sou novo em programação, então estamos de alguma ajuda aqui.
Eu estou tentando executar uma consulta com js / php em um banco de dados mysql a partir de um servidor externo através da tela - WEB - o Mobincube.
os arquivos (html / js / css) estão disponíveis, fechou apenas na "web site" eo servidor externo.
Para executar o aplicativo, ele relata um erro, não percebendo a consulta.
Mas isso só acontece em "web local". Se eu relatar o URL no "OnlineWeb" ou algum navegador android (Firefox e Chrome), ele funciona perfeitamente.
No entanto, neste projeto que estou desenvolvendo eu só iria usar o "web site". Agradar a todas as sugestões.
Após a aplicação de códigos ...

  Consider that you you are working in a local environment when working with the offline local web. So that script is looking for the php file in someplace like zip:/saldo_m.php 

  You will need to use an absolute route like http://myserver.com/saldo_m.php to be able to reach the server script.

  Thanks for the support...

  Had previously tested your suggestion, retracing including new tests however without success ...

  Even if it is not carried out a query to the database (cnxao.php), just reading a .php file, the error remains.
