Problem with SDK version in Apple

Good morning,

I'm trying to upload the version of my app to Apple, but I get the following error:

"This app was built with the iOS 16.2 SDK. All iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 17 SDK or later."

How do I solve this problem? Is it a problem caused by creating the IPA by Mobincube? Or is it something I can solve on my end? Please, I need your help. My job depends on fixing this matter. Thank you so much.
