From yesterday the app creator is not available (error 404)

Is there any time estimation on when it will be available again?

  Hi Javier,

  I experienced the same problem 4 days ago and put a post 3 days ago. I gave up trying yesterday, and just wanted to see if it works today. It does indeed work. I just wanted to inform you.

  I have a publishing error that is now more than 8 days old. Will not load the agreement page and crashes.
