Radio APP streaming issues

I am trying to create a radio APP and want to upgrade my account if this works well

I have used the PLAY button to bring up the URL  http://xltrax.com:8000/;stream.mp3  

After about 10 minutes it just stalls, sputters and stops.  Testing this on a Samsung Android S8+ 

Now I'm testing an embedded html5 player and got LOAD STALLED once ... embedded doesn't really work for me I really want to use the PLAY button.
