SUPPORT NEED ASAP - Preview not loading

Hello,

I asked for a preview on my app yesterday (08/03/2017) at around 4pm and it is still saying 'processing' on both the Apple version on my own device and on the website generator for Android. I need to check that everything is working in order to publish it for a university project due middle of next week.

 

Can anyone advise me on what to do?

  This is happening to me right now and has been going on for 48 hours. I sent support tickets and haven't heard back. I created a new demo app and that opens. But not the main App. PLease help

  Hi.

   

  I wrote you from the ticket I created telling you the issue is fixed.

  You need to publish again in mobincube to fix the main app. Just that, and do not forget to upload new binary if your app is published in play.
