Download not working on my phone

Preview is working. But on my samsung cell phone after tracking the QR ,i got the web url.... i am a not able to download the App on my phone.The download is not happening... Where is the mobincube store

Till Step 2 is fine.

Step 3 download is not happening  the below step  not happening. 

3. Just wait for the download to be finalized and we will get a notification on our device that informs us that the download of the package (APK) is complete
