Problem with Application Loader, to publish the application for IOS

Hi I'm Enzo, after following all the steps, I find myself doing the upload with the software suggested by Apple "application loader" to load the app.
This is the error that I'm from, why?

  Our dev asks if even with that error, the IPA did got uploaded to the Itunes Connect and if you did try again?
